Description:

The sand mixer is a casting device for mixing sand or core sand, and is equipped with a wheel with a certain weight. When the sand is mixed, the wheel can revolve around the main shaft of the sand mixer and rotate around the wheel axis. The boring wheel grinds the sand while rolling, and the molding sand particles are coated with a film of a bonding agent. When mixing surface sand (a layer of sand near the surface of the mold cavity) and core sand, the quality of the sand is better than other sand mixers.
